Nick Greer has over twenty-one years experience in education and nonprofit executive leadership and a deep passion for equitable systemic reform. He believes that relationships and culture are more important than any strategic plan. He holds an advanced certification in change management from Kotter International.

As the Executive Vice President of Interconnection at Thread in Baltimore, MD, Nick led the strategy for talent development & program innovation. Core to this was ensuring all members of Thread were on a journey of growth in the context of developing deep relationships across lines of difference.

Prior to Thread, Nick worked at Baltimore City Schools. In 2009 he was named the Baltimore City Teacher of the Year and in 2010 served as a U.S. Department of Education Teaching Ambassador Fellow working in the Office of the Secretary for the Obama Administration.
